Step1
Is to complete and return the Caja
Duero mortgage application form. This does not commit you to anything,
and it does not have to be signed, so we can e-mail it for approval
in principle. You can do this before you have found a property, so
that you know how much you can borrow before you commit yourself to
the property. In this case, an open file is kept until you have found
the property, or, if you are buying a new property, until the property
is nearly ready.
Step 2 You have found the property, pre contracts
are drawn up and time is allowed for the mortgage application to be
completed, (approximately 2 months). The documents to support the
application are sent to Caja Duero mortgage administration centre
for their approval, and if accepted, an approval in principle is sent.
If you prefer, you can complete the form without discussing your income
with us, over the phone these details can be given directly to Caja
Duero. At this stage you do not require any documentation to support
your application, we ask you to send this to Caja Duero later when
you return the pack they will send you by courier. |
